TMS: Convert TMS status from 9 to 4 or from 4 to 2

if order shipped from WLS to Retail, the status is 4, but still want to add the service line or adjust the dicount, need to change from 4 to 2 anther scenario, after reverse a order, and need to further return the order from 9 to 4 to further refund

#1 change from 4 to 2

1. Log in TMS with SSO via https://tms.halocreativedesign.com/login?redirect=%2Fdelivery%2Forder 

2. serch a specify SO

3. change to 2 and save
