1. Log in 800
2. T-Code: SU01
3. Copy from referenced profile
4. Click the "Copy" button
5. Fill new account no
Format: max 5 chars of family name + max 3 chars of name.
For example : User's name is "JAMES CLEEVE".
So SAP Account is "CLEEVJAM"
6. Fill user alias name
7. Set initial password
8. After that, click save button and send out account to user.
