when Sales order status is “ on water”，OPS need to change order and create a new order in POS.

  1、T-code：VL02N--- delete old customer DN for old order

2、T-code：VA02--- add rejection reason cancel old order

3、T-code：MIGO，MVT=413 E---transfer stock from old order to new order图片3

4、t-code：VL01N---Create DN for order US01893S and do batch split for all items in DN
