UX-POS: How to change order to add or remove an item

to add or remove an item from the original sales order

Description 

When user wants to add or remove an item for the original sales order, need to click the 

TO ADD ITEM(s)

 

TO REMOVE ITEM(s)

 

Remark: if it is the delivered order and need a partial refund for certain ITEMs, please create the Delivery note for the order to deliver the rest of the item to completed the order delivery. the SOP to create the delivery note for rest of the ITEM as:
