IT-PM: Need to keep all the CIP documentations

Description 

1. Go to the link for CIP Management: https://halocreativeanddesign.sharepoint.com/sites/CIP/Shared%20Documents/Forms/AllItems.aspx

2.1 if that the project is in more than 25 mandays, plese save into 01 Projects - More than 25 MDs 

2.2 if  that the project is in less than 25 mandays, plese save into 02 Enhancements - Less than 25 MDs

3. go into the subfolder

4. create a folder for storing the case name with YYYYMM - Topic name

5. put all the files what topic have, normal would have below, but now mandatory
