The quick reference card for KB creation

There are 4 aspects need to create KB :

- Create a KB

2. Input Setting

Meta is IMPORTANT. It helps other people to FIND your article in the base when they use Search. Put here the words that describe the Issue. Imagine that you are searching in Google. Which words would you use to get the answer?
3. Maintain Article Body

- Title name with APPs or functions + Short name
- Add the description of issue. Do not add anything that does not add value to the article. Ask yourself: “Does this text clearly describe the issue to a person that knows nothing about it?”
- Add the detailed solution. Always ask yourself: “Does every word here lead the reading person to solution of the issue?” If the answer is “yes” – you’re on the right way.
4. Attachment in Body

- Add attachments only if you are sure that they add value to the article. Article body should always contain Description and Solution, even if you added it in the attachment !!

And then maintain into a field in incident.
