1. Open the HAP system in the browser and click on the Oracle CI&PL menu.
2. Upload the basic data.(The basic data will be stored in the database, and duplicate data does not need to be uploaded again.)
3. Convert the report, and the browser will automatically download it once the conversion is complete.
