How to submit a ticket to TSG when urgent case happens

TSG on-site support ticket

1, when you get the urgent situations such as Network outage, Printer hardware/connection problem, Computer hardware crashed,etc. pls login TSG ticket center: https://connect365.tsg.com

2,  Select the LOGIN window and use your MS365 account to access it.

3, Once you access TSG ticket center, pls choose REPORT AN ISSUE for urgent case:

 

 

4, Fill in the issue with details and leave your contact and then submit.

 

5, Done and you can call them at 03332200777 and fixed PIN is 7234 after ticket submit, or you can wait for support call-back.
